1. What should I do if an item shipped to me is damaged or faulty?

First, you should rest assured that we checks all jerseys with a strict quality assurance checklist. The checks include the appearance of the goods,size and color.In Case that is happened.you can return or refund.

2. Can I return the defective or not-as-described items?

Yes. Significantly not-as-described items include completely different items, wrong sizes and colors that are different from what you explicitly request.

3. What is your return policy?

If your order is signigicantly not-as-described, faulty or contains the wrong items, you can return them back to us for replacement within 30 days of purchase.

4. How to return a item?

Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you have.Then we will tell you the address for returning.

5. Can I choose a refund for any lost shipments?

Yes,But First,we will arrange a reshipment instead of a refund for all lost orders.IF you can't receive the reshipment package.You can choose refund.However, an item(s) in your order is already out of stock/out of print, we will consider a refund.

6. Can I return the wrong item caused my fault?

Yes,but you need pay for returning shipping fee.
